A3 print of a Turtle, taken from an original watercolour and fineliner painting which was selected to hang at the ‘David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the Year’ exhibition, 2015. From hundreds of international applicants only 150 were put on display at the prestigious Mall Galleries in Pall Mall, London.
This painting is so named because even though turtles have been around for millions of years, much longer than us humans, we have allowed them to become endangered. We must learn to respect and protect our elders.
